Simple Donation Page

A simple 'Classic' donation page has already been created for you. By copying the donation page link and pasting it on your website, your patrons may donate to you securely and with confidence.

Customize Donation Page

You may want to watch this video on customizing your donation page before starting:

To customize the initial design follow the steps listed below:
  1. Login to the administrative portal [https://Portal.ClickandPledge.com]
  2. Click on Checkout Pages
  3. Click on the pencil in the checkout page thumbnail
  4. Follow the wizard to customize the page.
You may wish to customize the payment page by adding a banner image and changing the default payment choices. The banner is identified as the "Header Image" in Step 2 and the payment options are in Step 3 of the wizard.

Other Payment Page Types

Within your account there are 3 standard page types: Classic (Easy Page), Friendly (Easy Page), and Catalogue (Advanced). While each payment page is capable of completing a transaction, their features differ somewhat. Watch the video below to familiarize yourself with the features of these 3 payment page types. This video will help you decide which pages type(s) will work best for your organization's online payment needs.

Checkout Page icons

To view or create Checkout pages, click on the Checkout Page icon at the top of your admin system. By default you will have one checkout page already created and you can view a thumbnail image of it. If you click on the thumbnail image you can view your payment page which will open in a separate window.

Around the image are icons to help you manage the checkout page. Refer to the diagram below. WID refers to Window ID. The Window ID is a unique number assigned to every checkout page. The Window ID is also the last digits in the checkout page's URL. Reports can be pulled by Window ID and many advanced features like meters and Forms as a Service must be linked to a corresponding Window ID.
