Messages

The messaging section provides a secured method of communication among the account users.  The recipient of the message will receive an email from the system indicating he/she has received a message through the management portal.  The message content will NOT be sent as part of the email.  The message may only be read through the administrative portal's "Manage Messages" tab.

Click on the email address of each of the users listed to add to the SEND TO field.

Email's subject line
Message
The text & body of the message
Priority

Priority of the message.  Priority will be shown in the recipient's inbox.

Manage Messages

Similar to an inbox, all messages are listed and sorted based on date.  Messages may be replied to, forwarded to or deleted through the management system.
