Management of the Checkout system can be done by different people at the organization. Each user can be assigned specific permissions to perform certain tasks and nothing more.

Define new users and assign permissions & privileges. Each user may be set to remain active for a set period of time, or be active indefinitely.

Last Name

Email
User's email address. WARNING: The email address, once assigned, may NOT be changed. This is a designed security feature.
Status
Active or inactive. Only active users can login to the account. A user may NOT be deleted and will stay in the system indefinitely. This is a designed security feature.
Mailing List
Click & Pledge uses the Features mailing list to announce new features and important account information through email. The "Features" list is the ONLY mailing list that is maintained for announcements. Unsubscribing from this list will STOP all emails and as a result you will NEVER be notified of any features or important account information. We ask that at least one user be subscribed to the mailing list for your account.
Activation Calendar
The period the user is authorized to access the account. If Stop Date is left blank the user has access indefinitely.
Privileges
Assign the sections the user should have access to. User will not be able to access the sections of the site where he/she is not authorized to access.
